TITLE : REPORT ON INDUSTRIAL VISIT
KUALA LUMPUR, 19 AUGUST - Four classes in our batch of Saito College went to the Industrial Visit to Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) Ministry of Human Resources.
All the 4 classes of students were gathered at 8:30 a.m to get into the bus. By 8:50 a.m, all of us were settled into our buses. Each class students accomodated one bus so all together 1 buses went to Kuala Lumpur.
Then, one of our lecturer took down our attendance to make sure everyone is there. Meanwhile travelling to Kuala lumpur, our lecturer required us to prepare some good questions to be asked to Pengarah Mentari later.
Bus started to more at 9:00 a.m and we still have to wait at the bus stop nearby for one student of HRM 4 who was not come yet.
Then we continue of travelling until we reached the place at 8:55 a.m. After gathered again we started to move inside at 9:10 a.m. At 9:20 a.m we all came ready to Human Resources Development Fund. Somemore, our lecturer was give breaktime till 9:20 a.m until 10:00 a.m because we came early to the place. Once finish our breaktime we all gather inside of the auditorium.
We were glad to have a warm welcome from the in charged person of the the HRDF. At 10:00 a.m we were brought to the auditorium. Everyone of us receive a paper bag which included a file, towel, pen and a notepad.
Mr.Mohd Zawawi who is the deputy of HR Consultant explained the role of the HRDF to us in details. Mr.Zawawi brief us according to their slides very clearly until 10:00 a.m to 11:50 a.m.
At 11:50 a.m onwards Mr. Zawawi ask questions related to the HRDF. Many of us started to ask questions and he was very patiently answered every questions so clearly.
After the questions part finished, students of HRM 1 gave a simple speech behalf of the class to Mr.Zawawi. Lastly Miss.Vanisa gave a small souvenir to Mr.Zawawi on behalf of our college. After that, we have photography session with HRDF organizers. They are also provided us lunch.
At 12:30 p.m we got into the bus again and at 12:50 p.m we reached our college safely.
