OVERVIEW OF INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

It was an absolute worthwhile experience working at the Futech Metalworks Sdn Bhd. I would like to thank to my supervisor Ms. Jegatheswary and Ms. Nor Account Department, they give chance to learn about job scope Human Resource. They also help me to do my task from beginning internship until the last day. I’m very appreciate with their help and I’m very happy because they not stingy to share the experience and knowledge to me.

I also like to thank our Diploma in DHRM program developers for creating such an opportunity for the students to broaden their frame of skills. I am grateful with their efforts. My sincere gratitude also goes my guide and college supervisor Mr. Rajamohan Rajagopal, internship coordinator and Ms. Asha, Head of Department of Diploma in Human Resource Management. Who have helped me to perform internship and be familiar to the practical aspect and uses of theoretical knowledge and clarifying the career goals.

Internship programme give chance to all student experience to working. Internship also make all students aware about the future when their finish their studied. This experience brought out my strength and also the areas I needed to improvise. It added more confidence to my professional approach, built a stronger positive attitude and taught me how to work in team. I am grateful to my supervisor of the Futech for her unprecedented support to make my working experience truly rewarding. Especially working in this department made me realize my competencies and level of understanding regarding the human resources. On completion of this internship period, I came to know about the importance of human resources and the role of HR manager, Training Executive, HR Senior Supervisor and HR Senior Assistant in an organization.

As an intern, though I had a limited space to work, I still managed to grab plentiful of experiences. I made the best of every opportunity I was given and made the utmost use of my abilities and knowledge to fulfill all my responsibilities. Internship experience make me more matured and make me ready to facing what will be coming. I’m very happy because all my office mate very friendly and we are like one big family. They are very supporting and easy to sharing their experiences to me learn. Every single question from me regarding my job they will answer no matter what because for them, this opportunity for me to study and get experience.

Hence, I can sum up by saying that my internship experience was a milestone to my academic and professional experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges that came along every single day. I could also bring some minor improvisations during my internship which were able to leave their marks. These lessons that I have learned will be a valuable one for my future endeavors as well. Thanks also to who support me and helping to complete my internship report until finish. I’m very appreciating. Internship programme improve all my weaknesses and improve my confident level.
